Hotel
pool, large meandering and free-form is the usual type. As most
Egyptian hotels are not very old, the facilities are usually up
to date and impressive.
If
you have small children then this is a far better place for them
than the sea, though there are far better places than Egypt for
small children. I'm not one for lounging by the pool, but if
high temperatures, sun beds, sunshine and music are your thing,
then this aspect of a holiday to Egypt may suit you or at least
some of your family.
Personally I pass this aspect as quickly as I can en route to
the real purpose of the holiday, the antiquities and what lies
beneath the sea.
